Zeller is a privately-held, vertically-integrated owner-operator of Class A office properties and multifamily developments with a history that spans over 35 years. Headquartered in Chicago, Zeller was founded in 1988 and is led by a management team with extensive real estate experience across investment, finance, marketing & leasing, architecture, construction, development and asset & property management. Zeller has been a leader in value-add office repositioning, driving premium returns by pursuing investments in assets that can be improved to institutional quality through strategic redevelopment, repositioning and re-leasing.
